1. I live in the Phoenix area, can I pick up my order?
Yes! Choose the Pick Up Option at Check Out. I will coordinate the pick up arrangements with you.
2. Do you accept returns?
I generally do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with an item, please reach out to me and we can figure something out.
Pet items are not returnable. Since animals are so sensitive to smell, I cannot resell an item that another animal has already touched. Similarly, I will never sell an item that my cats and dogs have touched. They do make great toy baskets, if your pet doesn't like it!
3. How do I clean my Naptime Knits products?
The Blissful Pet Bed and the Nap Blanket collections are machine washable. (Preferably a machine without an agitator in the drum.). The beds do best in a mesh laundry bag. Wash alone on cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low. NO fabric softener. You may have to tumble dry a few times, but keeping the temperature low is best for the yarn. To preserve the knit, it is not recommended to launder these items frequently.
4. What is the processing time?
I typically will have an item made and ready to ship within 1-3 weeks, depending on how many orders are in queue. If you want to check in on your order, feel free to reach out!
